The incomparable Alex McQueen streamed his Spring 2010 collection live from Paris just now, for those of us lucky enough to overcome the dreaded server error. Seems Monsieur McQueen modestly underestimated demand.
I was lucky enough to get in, but the poor little servers still couldn't handle the heat, and the connection crapped out several times.
Once the problem was fixed and we were finally able to watch the show...it was still completely worth the trouble. Rorschach prints were a major theme, the makeup was ethereal, and I still swear that I saw a few models teetering in those heels...all in all, complete GENIUS. I would follow Alex to the ends of the earth... or the internet. All is forgiven, McQ.
